Bon Marché needed to scale luxury e-commerce photography without the linear costs of traditional studio shoots. They required a high-volume solution to generate multi-angle product shots, lifestyle imagery, and video for their entire catalogue.
We built a multimodal AI system that inverts the production equation. By ingesting a single product reference the system automatically generates 6+ high-fidelity assets per SKU, including diverse AI models, consistent multi-angle views, and motion video.
Traditional e-commerce photography scales linearly - more SKUs means more studio time, more bookings, more post-production. Our system inverts that equation: one product reference generates every angle a buyer needs, plus lifestyle imagery and video. Quality is engineered into the system itself, not dependent on shoot days or team size.
