A hands-on AI filmmaking workshop for Novartis C-Suite executives. Ten AI artists from around the world led teams through a 2-day sprint, culminating in a screening of finished films.

Not a demo - a full production sprint. Executives with zero filmmaking experience each produced a short film using AI tools under the guidance of world-class AI artists. The result proved AI filmmaking is a creative equaliser.

[ WORKSHOP STRUCTURE ]

WORKSHOP DESIGN
Built the entire workshop framework from scratch - curriculum, tools selection, team structures, and creative briefs tailored to each Novartis department's communication goals.

ARTIST CURATION
Recruited approximately 10 AI artists from around the world, each with a distinct creative style. Each artist was paired with a C-Suite department team to lead their film production.

2-DAY SPRINT
Day 1: scripting, storyboarding, and initial generation. Day 2: refinement, editing, sound design, and final assembly. SEED oversaw every team, providing creative direction and technical support throughout.

SCREENING
All completed short films were screened in a cinema-style event. Each team presented their film, discussing the creative process and what they learned about AI as a storytelling tool.
