A film for the GREAT FUTURES Leadership Summit in London, made for the venue’s large screens and celebrating the partnership between the UK and Saudi Arabia
About the project
GREAT FUTURES brings the UK and Saudi Arabia together in partnership across trade, investment, tourism, education and culture. For its Leadership Summit at 180 Studios in London, the Department for Business and Trade asked us for a film on the theme “A Tale of Two Kingdoms: Building Greater Futures Together”, to play on the large screens throughout the day.
The brief asked for a film that would not look real, so it would stand apart from the other content on the screens. We made it through an AI production workflow, as painterly, fluid landscapes that turn into one another: a clock face in the clouds, chalk cliffs and green fields, the City of London skyline and the Shard, golden glass shards over rolling green, and fields of geometric tilework. The film opens and closes on the Saudi Vision 2030 and GREAT Britain & Northern Ireland marks, is composed for the wide format of the stage’s LED wall and carries its own sound design.
